REFUND POLICY
By placing an order through the Lil Drivers website, you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic USA countries and international shipments.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@lildrivers.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return label to send the product back to our offices. The inspection could take around 5-7 business days, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You must ship it back at your own return shipping expense. After that, you'll receive a new product. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS, OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our support at customercare@lildrivers.com.
EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at customercare@lildrivers.com.
RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer.
REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATION
If the product is still being processed, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a UPS, DHL, or USPS tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process.
